THE SPRING 2023 SCHEDULE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE, BASED ON REGISTRATION AND INTEREST. EACH CLASS WILL HAVE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM ENROLLMENT LIMITS. WE WILL OFFER CLASSES BASED ON TEACHER AND SPACE AVAILABILITY!
Important Semester Dates
Spring 2023
Registration
Online registration begins January 1 at 10am and ends on Jan. 7 . CLICK HERE TO REGISTER.
Late Registration
Late registration runs from Jan. 8 to Jan. 14. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER.
Testups, Auditions, Theory Quizzes
Jan. 3, 11, and 12. Approximate times are 9:00 to 3:00, but vary each day. Check the signup for available times. CLICK HERE FOR AVAILABLE TIMES.
Musical Instrument Demo
Wednesday, Jan. 11 at 12:00, at New Life Church sanctuary. All students signing up for Intro Band or Intro Strings are required to attend.
Please, ONLY students who are enrolled or who are enrolling in Intro Band or Intro Strings should attend the demo. Unlike previous years, siblings will not be allowed to touch or play any of the instruments. Please consider leaving siblings home that day.
Spring Semester 2023 Dates
Classes begin Jan. 18/19 and run until May 3/4. A 14-week semester.
No classes on March 15/16 or April 12/13.
Spring Dress Rehearsal Dates
SINCE CONCERTS ARE PENDING, DRESS REHEARSALS ARE PENDING AS WELL.
Both dress rehearsals are required attendance by all students in any band, strings, or chorus class. Dates TBA. Please make a note of these dates and mark your calendars now!
The dress rehearsals are not required by students in guitar, piano, elementary music, recorder, or music theory.
Concerts
FINAL CONCERTS ARE PENDING - NOT ALL CLASSES MAY HAVE CONCERTS SCHEDULED, DEPENDING ON ENROLLMENT AND PROGRESS THROUGHOUT THE SEMESTER.
The final semester concert is required attendance by all students in band, strings, and chorus. Date TBA.
The Class Showcase is required attendance by all students in Elementary Miusic, Guitar, and Piano. Date TBA.
